The port's administration does not require any compensation for the time spent registering its company shares.

5,806% of the group of shares' purchase price is to be paid by the Buyer to French Treasury.
This tax is called Droit d’Enregistrement (Registration Right) and must be paid one month following sale, at the latest.

Antibes' Port Administration has exclusivity over the management of all berth rentals in Port Vauban. Therefore berth rentals can only be contracted with the Port Office (Capitainerie).
