This is an estimation. As per the marina's rules, shareholders must pay annual service charges, proportionally to the number of shares they own. These service charges constitute the annual maintenance budget of the port and its infrastructures.
620 € + a deposit of 243,92 € (fully refundable when the berth lease holder sells his/her shares).
This is fee is payable to the marina's administration (SEPR) for registering the transfer of shares and overseeing the subsequent administrative and legal process leading to the new shareholder benefiting from the Right to Use a berth until the end of its concession.
Additional Costs or Fees:
5.99% of the group of shares' purchase price is to be paid by the Buyer to French Treasury.
In order to obtain the status of Amodiataire (or Beneficiary of a berth) from France, the applicant must be the owner of a group shares corresponding to the berth's category in the marina. This tax, called Droit d'Enregistrement is due by the Buyer to the French Treasury for the transfer of these shares and is payable no later than a month following the registration of the share transfer. The marina's administration (SEPR) has exclusivity over the management of berth rentals in the Port of La Rague. Therefore all rental bookings must be contracted with the Port Office (Capitainerie).
